Project Aurea

This project was conceived as a ground-up residential development, replacing a former single-family residence with three new homes on a privileged site overlooking the iconic landscape of Rio de Janeiro.

Developed in collaboration with the prestigious developer Gull, the project was designed from the architectural concept through the interior design strategy, ensuring a cohesive vision aligned with market positioning and the commercial goals of the development.

While the three residences share a similar spatial organization and a unified architectural language, their facades were carefully designed to express both belonging and individuality. Together they read as part of a single development, yet each home reveals its own character, allowing future residents the flexibility to adapt interiors according to their personal lifestyle and preferences.

A contemporary architectural language was intentionally adopted, reflecting the aesthetic most sought after in Brazil’s high-end residential market. The design balances visual impact, functional living spaces, and strong commercial appeal.

The residences are located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Jardim Botânico, one of Rio de Janeiro’s most prestigious neighborhoods, offering a rare combination of privacy, natural surroundings, and proximity to the city’s most iconic landscapes.
