This residence was designed in collaboration with one of Rio de Janeiro’s most successful development companies - GULL, with the project carefully crafted from the architectural concept to the finest interior details.

Located at the top of Jardim Botânico, the house enjoys breathtaking views over the lagoon, the ocean, and the surrounding mountains of Rio de Janeiro. The residence features four exceptional suites, spacious social areas, and a seamless connection between interior and exterior living.

The main living spaces include integrated living, dining, and TV areas enriched by curated artworks and a sculptural staircase that connects the different levels of the home. The kitchen was designed as the heart of the house, flowing naturally into the dining and living spaces while maintaining a direct connection to the outdoor area.

The exterior was conceived for entertaining and relaxation, featuring an infinity-edge pool, a fire pit lounge, lush landscaping, and a complete outdoor barbecue and seating area.

Distributed across four levels, the home is carefully organized to balance functionality and comfort. The lower level houses the garage, while the second level includes wellness and service spaces such as a sauna, gym, driver’s waiting area, service quarters, and laundry facilities. The third level accommodates the main social areas, and the upper floor is dedicated to the private quarters, including family living spaces, an additional laundry area, and balconies overlooking the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.
