Project Ritz Tampa

This residential project was developed for The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Tampa Bay, a newly built luxury development offering exceptional amenities and breathtaking views over the waters of Tampa Bay.

The apartment already featured a contemporary and refined architectural base, characterized by clean lines and a sophisticated spatial composition. Our role was to introduce warmth, personality, and a sense of comfort while preserving the integrity of the original architecture.

The design approach focused on selecting refined furnishings and objects that would soften the contemporary language of the space and create a more welcoming atmosphere. Carefully curated materials, textures, and décor elements were introduced to enhance the sense of coziness without compromising the elegance of the interior.

To achieve this balance, the project incorporates pieces from internationally respected brands, whose curated selections create a layered and sophisticated environment that feels both luxurious and inviting.

The result is an interior that complements the contemporary architecture of the residence while adding the warmth and character necessary to transform the apartment into a comfortable and personal home.
