This project was fully designed and executed within a remarkably short timeframe of just two months and three weeks. The entire process—from concept development to on-site execution—was led by our team in close collaboration with the contractor and multiple suppliers, all working under an accelerated schedule to meet the delivery deadline.

Located in Rio de Janeiro, this short-term rental property was conceived as a high-end Airbnb designed to provide maximum comfort for its guests. The apartment’s front-facing ocean view is undoubtedly its most striking feature, and therefore the interior design was intentionally kept neutral so that the sea could remain the true protagonist of the space.

The palette of materials and finishes was carefully selected to create a calm and refined atmosphere, allowing the surrounding landscape to take center stage. A more minimalist approach to decoration was adopted, balancing elegance with practicality.

Because the property was designed for short-term rental, ease of maintenance, durability, and efficiency of cleaning were key design premises. All materials, finishes, and furnishings were thoughtfully chosen to ensure long-term performance while maintaining a sophisticated aesthetic.

The apartment has since become one of the standout Airbnb properties in the area, consistently praised by guests for both its comfort and its thoughtful design.
